Verse1:
Arie's an angel with a secret she can't tell. Unrevealed figment. She's kept it hidden well. All that's left is scar tissue history, nocturnal resonance and her barbed wire tapestry.

It all began the night she answered the door. And now...

Chorus:
She'd do anything to remember and the same to forget. All that was taken from her and everything it meant. To think of what she went through always makes me cry. No one must ever know. But I know... and I'll never know just why.

Verse 2:
Now Arie's moving on. The only way she really feels. All her hate / revenge is gone. But that night never will. All that's left is scar tissue history, nocturnal resonance and her barbed wire tapestry.
